In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing do you really love yourself or not. The reason why this is important is because in order for you to recover from any type of negative situations, trauma, illnesses, diseases, depression, anxiety, or people in your life who have wronged you You’re going to have to learn how to respect yourself. Because if you don’t respect yourself, you cannot protect yourself. We have spent many years being tied to put other people before ourselves. And making sure that everybody else is happy. But the problem is, we are the ones that are in the losing in the end, because the people who you were helping, loving, and being in these relationships with, or doing nothing, but using, taking advantage of, lying, cheating, taking advantage of, and manipulating you just to name a few. So recovery is all about respecting your true self, and not what everybody else wants you to be. You not being society standards of anything. You are just being who you truly are.
