The fourth day of the Africities summit saw the Agency for the Environment and Energy Management , ADEME sign a Memorandum of Cooperation with the United Cities Local Government Africa. The agreement is a start of many collaborations to come with local authorities working together towards creating sustainable cities. The eighth edition of the africties summit is taking place in Marrakesh Morocco, North of Africa. Close to five thousand delegates have descended to the city to deliberate on issues facing the continent such as urbanisation, housing, electricity among other things.
