Women in Auto Care is a recognized global community within the Auto Care Association that's focused on connecting, empowering, and mentoring women. This week, the community hosts its 2019 Women's Leadership Conference in Detroit.  For insights on the conference and community at large, we spoke to Women in Auto Care President, Auto Care Association board member, and Partner at Tecklenburg Advisors, Tammy Tecklenburg. 

As an automotive aftermarket executive with over 20 years of success in building teams, brands, and companies, and the recipient of the 2015 “Auto Care Woman of the Year” and 2018 Ratchet & Wrench “All Star” industry awards, Tammy has made significant contributions to closing the gap for women in auto care.
