In Part 3 we are exploring waking up from a depressed bed from a third person's perspective, someone in the circle of individuals who have once been depressed. They get to share what they witnessed, how the view is from a distance and also share on how they moved from being suspicious to being sure all in the name of CONFRONTATION . If they were directly involved in helping out their friend, sibling or colleague realise he or she was depressed the better.
