It's very important to understand who qualifies and how the loan amount and forgiveness amount is calculated. These are different for different business entities (sole-proprietor, partnership, s-corp, c-corp) and if you applied wrong it could greatly impact your business! 

And always remember, you cannot use both the PPP and the Employee Retention Credit (ERC). It is best to see your tax professional before deciding between the two. The benefit of choosing the right one is HUGE, as you see in the video.
