Hi, I’m Lisa Lou. A mom, wife, dancer, and total Jesus lover! I was on the perimenopause struggle bus for 11 years. I worked out too hard, ate way too little, and became completely discouraged when I wasn’t seeing results. I finally realized that if I was going to make progress, I had to ditch what no longer worked and incorporate more effective strategies for my changing hormones. I created a plan that simplified how I approached my health, providing me more freedom, in less time, & with better results. And I’m here to share it with you!
