Continuing our celebration of Women in Dentistry, we are excited to present ADA President Dr Linda Edgar. Dr. Edgar’s unique journey to becoming a dentist and her path to leadership in organized dentistry is an exciting study on facing challenges head-on, not to mention the many blessings in between. Dr. Edgar talks to us about women in dentistry and the initiatives she’s working on at the American Dental Association, from communication and collaboration, effective advocacy, and public awareness of the ADA to creating a welcoming environment for all.
