In this episode, I talk to Johannesburg based musician and rapper Travolta Salane, about the business of music and his creative  endeavors. Travolta released his first EP, "Grown Man Jazz", in 2014 and currently has two singles out from his fourth-coming project. His lyrics, delivered in a seamless mix of English and Xitsonga over a sonic fusion of jazz, neo-soul and boom bap, explore themes of love, spirituality, life and African consciousness - invoking inspiration in a manner that is fun and innovative.
