Monique Feyrecilde BA, LVT, VTS (Behavior) is a veterinary technician
working full-time in small animal veterinary medicine. She is a
veterinary technician specialist in Behavior.

Monique speaks extensively around the United States on topics related to
behavior, humane and practical veterinary care, reducing stress and fear
in the veterinary setting, safe handling of dogs and cats in the
hospital, and how to make behavior a part of every veterinary practice.
She also travels to veterinary clinics, offering in-clinic education for
veterinary teams around the country.

Her first book, co-authored with Alicea Howell, released in March 2018
by Wiley Blackwell is titled Cooperative Veterinary Care and can be
purchased here. She has authored multiple textbook chapters on animal
behavior, training, and techniques focused on methods promoting animal
and human welfare alike. She is the author of multiple textbook
chapters, webinars, articles, learning modules, Fear Free Modules, and
more!
