Interest rates are still really attractive for all buyers and there is a lot less competition from other buyers. As for home sellers, whether it’s the right time or not depends on you and your motivations. If you’re ready to make that change, you can get out into the market now. Although there are fewer buyers, there is a higher concentration of serious buyers and far fewer home browsers.
