Alex Jones is a complex person. I think both his fans and his detractors get him wrong. I've been an on-and-off listener since he was on Austin public access over 20 years ago. And I've come to the conclusion that he is a genius, with a detailed understanding of history and current events. But he is also emotionally unstable and reckless. So while he's noted for getting things right when mainstream media has been wrong, he also tends to make careless mistakes that hurt his credibility (for example, his "evidence" that Michelle Obama is a trans-man is far from convincing). So I recommend his show as a part of your media menu, but you definitely don't want to use him as your primary news source.
