As a hypnotist, I have a unique perspective into the human mind, it's motivations, fears, and pain, and I'd like to share a few of the many fascinating insights I've discovered over the years...

*  Most of my clients are women...Does that mean that men are all so well-adjusted, that they don't need help?  No, of course not.  It means that women are more likely to ask for help, and work on their problems.  I notice that men prefer to stuff their emotions, hide their emotional pain, and ignore painful memories, supressing the pain until it boils over in some way....

Another big advantage that women have in hypnotherapy, is the ability to cry... Men almost never cry, and so they can't purge the ugly feelings, and let the pain heal... Crying allows us to express the pain we feel, and this is so much healthier, than stuffing our emotions...
