In this podcast, I read a very powerful poem. It´s written by Leo Booth "My Name Is Toxic Shame". I think we are all struggle and fighting from time to time with anxiety and old believe-systems. (Of course, we are here to re-remember who we really are.) I have also times in my life where I feel anxiety. Even if I know better, it doesn´t mean it´s easy to live this wisdom ;).

According to this poem, I´ll like to share my own most inner fear with you today. Fear only can be healed when we look at it and I would like to encourage you, with my statement. It wasn´t easy for me at all to speak it out loud. But I do not want to hide my feelings any longer and live forever in silence. I think you don´t even have to speak it out loud, what you are so fearful of it. It helps if you become aware of it.
