We've talked about increasing our awareness of the two selves that exist in our consciousness. And we talked yesterday about managing our thoughts, and considering the stories that we tell ourselves.
Today let's talk about managing our emotions. For those of us who are merely cooped up at home, it's easy to feel guilty that we're healthy, or feel guilty that we're not doing more in some way.
Let's talk about how to let go of the guilt, and free ourselves to do what we are meant to do in this time.
