In this podcast, I discuss 4 EASY steps you can use today to commence massive change within yourself and move toward your ideal self by shifting into vibrational alignment and mirroring your future self.

Don't focus on the bad habits focus on the new `100%
1. Get clear on the emotions, feelings, actions, and behaviors of your ideal self. 
2. Take Action - to do, feel, mimic, & copy those traits & behaviors. Minimum one thing every day. 
3. Trust the process - seriously relax, have more fun, lighten up. Miraculous things will happen when you choose alignment. All will be taken care of. 
4. Catch recurring patterns, allow them, release them, back to vibration.
Ideal self mirror meditation. Don't focus on the bad habits, this creates more of their existence, (ignore them, their not worth fussing over) instead focus on the new `100%. By focusing on the new, more preferable state of being, it will grow and the old will quietly and gradually fall away.
