Creativity is something we are born with that oftentimes gets diminished as we grow out of childhood weather from the type of schooling we go through or how we are raised by our parents or society in general.  This critical component of a happy life seems to be generally overlooked by the majority, or is associated with artists or musicians but we must be aware of its importance in our own lives.  Dr. Baylac & Ian discuss various topics of creativity and how it can be incorporated into our daily lives to increase our mental wellbeing and ultimately lead to a better qualify of life.
