A candidate must communicate their high level of interest for the job and organization. Don’ts

· Never say that you are unsure or don’t remember the source only to communicate that you are unorganized.

· Avoid speaking out of turn and over the top things which will make you seem desperate for the job. There is a thin line of difference between desperation and interest.
