This is our first episode. We talk about why we are doing this podcast, what it's about, and what we plan on moving forward. 

It's a podcast all about pain, chronic illness, such as myalgic encephalomyelitis (M.E.) or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), which is what Rhoda talks about having these health challenges in her life for many years. The podcast is also about wellness, what it means to be healthy, chronic diseases, and what can be done to live a life free from suffering, disabilities, and misery due to health problems.
