Country music star and songwriter Phil Vassar has released nine studio albums, including hit songs “Just Another Day in Paradise,” “Carlene,” “Six-Pack Summer,” and “American Child.” He will be at The State on December 20 performing A Christmas Tour with Kellie Pickler. We chat with him about his roots in Virginia and how he started out as a song-writer before performing himself.
