Filmmaker Matt Tyrnauer joins us to discuss his new documentary, “Citizen Jane: Battle for the City.” Robert Hammond, co-founder of the Friends of the High Line, also joins the conversation. Tyrnauer worked closely with Hammond for the film. "Citizen Jane" profiles journalist and activist Jane Jacobs, who challenged New York City's "master builder" Robert Moses in the 1960s to preserve neighborhoods in Lower Manhattan.
"Citizen Jane: Battle for the City" opens April 21 at Lincoln Plaza Cinemas and IFC Center. Matt Tyrnauer and Robert Hammond will be doing Q&As at the following times and locations:
