The one thing that the Pandemic has taught many of us is that our Jobs are fragile. You can give your all to your job, career, etc only to be one occurrence away from being unemployed. Self Independence is the bedrock of true freedom which, is something that a Job cannot offer with these right-to-work laws, no one is truly safe from being let go from our place of employment. The black community must begin spending money in the black community to build economic wealth and build institutions that reflect the greatness of our intelligence.
