Our mission is to unite Black podcast creatives and professionals committed to redefining the podcast landscape and establish a foundation that fully supports our creative voices, respects our brands, and aligns with our core values, as we share engaging content with the world. Simply put, representation matters. Historically, black communities have played key roles in the creation, development, and adoption of various media industries. However, this has not translated into us benefiting financially or collectively from that work. Corey Gumbs is the founder of the Black Podcasters Association and has been an avid advocate for the alliance of black creatives in the podcasting space. His alignment with Afro's and Audios founder Talib Jasir has been a union that has made tremendous strides in unifying those black creatives in the podcasting landscape.  Listen as I interview Corey about his endeavor to make the Black Podcasters Association the premier organization for black creatives.  Black podcaster Association Actively black Website
