I don't like the term New Year's Resolution, simply because if you want real change to happen, it shouldn't matter what time of year it is. However, I do see the value in a mental and emotional "starting point". I also recognize that millions of people still use the beginning of the year as this starting point. So, with less than a week to go until the start of 2017, now is the perfect time to reflect on the goals you set in 2016. How did they go? What went right...what went wrong? How could you improve your results? Most important, how can you take the lessons learned in 2016 and apply them to your 2017 goals?
