Focus on coming from a place of taking care of yourself. 

When we aren’t feeling our best, we tend to start lacking confidence all while feeling tired all the time. This can easily put us in a negative thought pattern. It's easy to fall in to negative habits without realizing it. 

Focus on growing your confidence by taking small action steps. Do not tie your confidence to how you look . 

Focus on striving for emotional freedom. Stop judging yourself and others so much . You are beautiful and perfect the way you are. But work on yourself because you want to be stronger mentally and physically.
