After establishing his dental practice, though, Param Gill soon yearned for more. "It gets to a point where your life gets very mundane, boring, so I thought I would do something creative," Gill said. "Dentistry is a form of art. It was a natural thing to go for something in the field of art." He doesn’t recall the moment when he hit on filmmaking, but he enrolled in a course through the New York Film Academy, which involved long-distance work and classes on the lot of Universal Studios in California. Join us as Param Gill shares his journey with Sister Jenna and discusses spirituality, his transition from dentistry to filmmaking and the social responsibilities of filmmakers.
