Early rounds in the new American civil war did not go the way of liberty. In Kenosha, Kyle had been charged with first degree murder for defending his life, while in Portland, Gaige is free having (allegedly) murdered Joe Bishop in cold blood. The judges of the en-banc DC circuit voted 8-2 to prolong Gen. Flynn’s misery and deny him justice, so long as he remained a defendant in a criminal case and thus could not help President Trump get reelected. The democrats signaled, via the Bloomberg news service, that even in the face of an election night landslide for Mr. Trump, they have no intention of conceding and will manufacture just enough votes to overturn the results in days to come. On the side of darkness, masks are off. Hopefully the side of light yet has a few tricks up its sleeve.
