Andrew talks about the thing he's most passionate about, and that is music. Music bridges the divide between cultures, heals the wounds of past transgressions and opens our minds to connect on a deeper level than any other medium. Music is the sound of being alive. Music sounds like it feels to be alive and music is inseparable from being alive. Andrew also shares a story of his relationship with a very successful musician and that musician's difficulty with facing his mortality. He discusses the mentality of many of the older school musicians and their animosity towards newer music, and how this is wrong. Andrew feels if you don't like music, it is your obligation to write music you do like and introduce that into the world. It is our responsibility to stay connected to the world no matter our age.
