In this episode I felt compelled to talk about what is happening in the world today. For some the world events and geopolitical climate plays a big role in their mental health; here is my perspective. I am not perfect, our country is not perfect and the world is not perfect, but the more people that are willing to grow and learn from one another the more we can do for our communities, our state, country and our world.
