'An Old Old Story' is a monthly podcast. Each episode deals with a theme particularly relevant to the month it's released. Episodes typically consist of a few opening thoughts, an interview, and essay. Though we hope the conversation is fresh and new, the ideas themselves are not. These are things that have been and will be wrestled with long before and after us. Perhaps T.S. Eliot said it best in East Coker:
"And what there is to conquerBy strength and submission, has already been discoveredOnce or twice, or several times, by men whom one cannot hopeTo emulate—but there is no competition— There is only the fight to recover what has been lostAnd found and lost again and again"
