In episode 2 of An Unprogrammed Life, I share more of my story with you and how finally I turned inward for answers after many years of looking for answers on the outside. Once I turned inward and started listening to the wisdom of my soul, I discovered many internal blocks that had formed from the outside programming of my life up until this point. I share how I was able to start identifying and naming the programming and blocks to begin to heal and release them.
