We are putting together an Egyptian tour for March 2024.
The GEM may or may not be open, however there are more than enough other museums. There is still a lot of the Tutankhamun collection at the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir, including the mask and much of the jewellery, as well as the throne and many other artefacts.
But Egypt is not just Tutankhamun and there is so much more to see. There are tombs that will blow your mind when you first walk inside. There are temples so magnificent you will be lost for words. It is indeed a magical place!
We begin in Cairo with the first pyramids, then fly south to Luxor for 6 days before returning to Cairo for your chance to venture inside the Great Pyramid.
