I share a few lessons in today's podcast and reminds me that challenging myself teaches me.

If you have been following me on IG, you know that I joined a CrossFit gym to challenge me physically and (oh boy) mentally as well.

Here a few lessons learned so far:

1- Pushing myself outside of my comfort zone makes me grow and expand

2- It's great to have a beginner mindset

3- Discipline & Integrity with my workouts and my life

5- My Mind is stronger than my body, and I can push through my mind limitations
