I am a Stage 3 Bowel Cancer survivor. After going through surgeries and 12 sessions of chemotherapy, I discovered the value of health, self love, listening to my body, going deep in the search of my own physical, mental and spiritual healing while my diagnosis was explained as a "bad luck" occurrence in my life. I am here today to share everything I learned and experienced. I am here to tell you wherever you are at in your life, you can turn things around.
