Hey, Heifers! I tend to take on a lot. Like, a lot. And usually all at once. Upon reflection, I realized that I do this to somehow “make up” for my bipolar disorder. It’s a battle against it, in a way. “See? I can do it all still and even MORE on top of it! You can’t stop me!” Unfortunately, this means that I take on too much, I burn out, and get frustrated. Maybe it’s a form of denial, or maybe it’s me trying to prove myself to others (others who, for clarification, don’t exist). I look forward to our lovely chat today, Heifers!
