As many of you know, I got injured this year.

Not an overuse injury, not a “sprained ankle on my long run injury” – just a real-bad, “you’re OUT!” injury that set me back month, took me our my goal races and totally changed the game for me.

I spent some time reflecting on how much the last six months have changed me, especially this physical setback that shoot me up and down.

Thankfully, I’m pretty much back on my feet. But so much wiser. Listen to episode 10 and see what I’m talking about.
