Dan had a snow storm roll through so he had to get home maintenance done before it hit, working on a Taylor swift frame, etsy is crazy busy, got a crazy good deal on lumber, and playing with the laser.

Pete recaps all the maker ornaments he’s gotten, buys Christmas gifts from makers in the community, spent a week away from the shop in Florida, talks about scheduling rest and mental health, and he also bought a new car!

2023 goals: (Recap)

Dan: I don’t make goals. But I want to grow the etsy shop and focus a little more into flat pack and breakdown furniture, bring on a full time employee, and perhaps expanding into a new space somewhere.

Pete: Grow the business more, Structure my days as if its a full time job, Incorporate Emma into the business more, start the work on the shop on the property, lean into YouTube, hot 5000 subs and replace my income.

2024 Goals:

Dan: Expand the shop to other platforms, figure out a way to bring on some help, get back into personal woodworking projects for the home, build a shed for storage, reorganize the shop flow, list more digital files, learn shaper 3D / light burn.

Pete: Establish a routine, get in shape, expand the 3d printing business, start documenting my fun projects in content, grow YouTube (5 videos), lock down more sponsors, grow the podcast.
