“Have you noticed how your grief is often surrounded in Guilt?”

Today’s podcast is an honest discussion on experiencing loss and the natural,

normal response of losing someone or something significant in our lives. Yet why do we often ignore the guilt?

In this episode we acknowledge and share the encouragement felt when little miracles are brought into our awareness. Our exchange twists into the stages of grief and we ponder the “why not’s?”

We discuss the distinct emotional experiences we each live through, how intertwined our sense of responsibility or regret can feel when we lose something or someone.

Often feeling left behind, and even responsible for the loss, we might avoid these emotions without support from others and without looking within at our own inner contemplation.

Reflective questions:

  • What is essential for healing and forward growth during deep times of grief?
  • How can we open our eyes to the process and begin to really notice what we are going through?

Let’s be real… some of us experience divine miraculous gifts from that which is gone.

We hope that you walk away from listening to this Podcast discussion thinking that… just because we cannot explain what we’re feeling, seeing, or experiencing… does not mean that it is not real.

We would love to hear from you.
