Before “I AM” Statements were a “thing” all over social media, I AM Statements were drilled into Mary's head by her mother, who passed away 14 years ago from Pancreatic Cancer, however she still remembers those days, like it was yesterday.

Mary didn’t realize how low her self esteem was back then. For years, she had such low self esteem issues she couldn’t see anything beautiful or worthy when she looked in the mirror.

Her mother would write down "I AM Statements " on a piece of paper, and tell her to read them over and over every day. Not just read them, but BELIEVE them! “I am Beautiful, I am Holy, I am Loved, I am worthy, I am smart, I am good enough” Mary insisted she couldn’t say them because she didn’t believe them. She thought each one of those statements were lies. And, believed those lies for years.
