September is a time for change for everyone preparing to go from summer to fall, kids starting preschool, elementary, middle or high school, and young adults going off to college as their parents become empty nesters. It's a time of change and a different goodbye for everyone. These goodbyes never get easier and they definitely do not have a one size fits all mindset.

Today's guest, Jessica Hartwig, an Empowerment Life & Mindset Coach, will share her new goodbye, as she shares her raw, real conversation as her daughter leaves for college. She shares the preparation she took years in advance as well as weeks prior to her daughter leaving. This is a time when so many parents are saying goodbye in different ways. One may feel like it’s no big deal, just another routine or phase in life, while another may be lost, broken, confused or even frustrated. Their daily routines have changed and they may not know which direction to take.
