Israel Onoriobe was born in Benin City, Nigeria in 1975. He got save in 1990, and in 1993 he stepped out into ministry at the tender age of 18. He first served as the Senior Pastor of Jesus Foundation Church and the Christ Triumphant Assembly, both in Benin City, Nigeria. In February 1996 he set out by faith into the nations in obedience to the leading of the Lord, and he established the World Vision Crusade Outreach Ministries (WVCOM International) as a ministry platform to facilitate the work into the nations. Since then he has travelled and ministered in over 65 nations across the different continents.
