Penny survived experimentation at Montauk, childhood CIA assassin training and 60 years in an U.S. Navy exchange program with the Deep Space fleet and Mars Colonies. After her service she was re-aged and sent back to earth to live out the remainder of her life with health disabilities. Penny writes,"I was a Military Laboratories created hybrid, born in 1955. I was KIDNAPPED in 1959 from my bed and taken to Langley for mind fracture and weaponization of my psi abilities. Part of that was a tour at Montauk, in the time tunnel. In 1964, I was taken to Mars through the New York jumpgate. I spent 25 years on Mars, in school and as a fighter pilot in the war with the native Green Reptilians and the Mantids.


"In 1990, I was transferred to Dark Fleet, where I was a navigator in a freighter for about 25 years. In 2014, I was age regressed, mind wiped and time traveled back to where I was taken from. I no longer knew my family, and had lots of programmed alters.


"Entire Secret Space Program is based on criminal activity. They kidnap little kids, drown them until their minds fracture, use them as slave labor. When they do return them home they are damaged. The Program keeps using them until they die--the ones they like. The ones they don’t like they turn into a cyborg super soldier and sell them to ET’s so they never come home. These cyborgs are created out of human beings whether they are kidnapped earth humans or clones. They are doing 100,000 cyborgs per day between the various factories. This is how many humans are converted into cyborgs – 95% are being sold offworld to ET’s. This sale of human cyborgs to ET’s is funding most of the Secret Space Program.


“They only use our heads for a cyborg. The rest of the human body is sold off too as food and genetic material. The ETs want our META GENE – allows one to create his own reality. Other super advance ET’s don’t have this and they want to keep us from using ours. There is a CHRONOVISOR that lets you see into a parallel reality. The CIA has this so they can see what happens in the future that negatively affects them so they time travel back in time, and change the outcome.”
