Hi, we're Krystyna and Becke, and this is Are You Awake, the podcast slumber party where we put on PJs and take a deep dive into the topics you would only talk about super late at night. Things like the pressure to have kids, diet culture, setting boundaries, breakups, and pooping! If you’d talk about it at a sleepover, we will talk about it here. Each week, one of us will take a topic, research the heck out of it and then wake up the other person and make them learn about it too.
