Phil and his wife own two businesses, CompliantERP and Cerpass Software, specialising in IT and SAP security and compliance business management applications.

While that may seem like a dry subject to most of us, Phil is anything but.

He joined me on the podcast and shared his journey, from being recruited while he was still at university, moving to and working in the UK, and how he and his wife built their reputations to the point that starting their own consulting and software businesses.
