In this episode I discuss a new type of routine I want to start applying weekly. I think routines are super helpful in getting things done but can also help us to discover what things work best for us personally and when. The process of figuring this out isn't always fast but it is rewarding to take your time and test out different things that can make you feel more productive, happier, and calm overall.
