This week we're joined by Wilma Killgo who is going to tell us what it takes for Moser Consulting to compete with the best.

Wilma is the Director of Strategic Growth for Moser Consulting, supporting business development efforts in the federal and state government markets. She has a 30-year track record of success at information technology and telecommunications companies both large and small, including MCI, CenturyLink, CACI and MetTel. Wilma is also a civic leader in her community and she supports two non-profits as a board member, working with underrepresented communities to impact change. In 2021 she received two awards for her activism, Arlington County government’s James B. Hunter Human Rights award and the Arlington Branch NAACP’s Holmes Meritorious Service Award.
