Sara J. White visits with Rita Jew about how she integrated her a career with her personal life, which involves children and elder care. Rita describes the transition from her role as a clinical practitioner to leadership positions, and discusses her involvement with the ASHP Section of Clinical Specialists and Scientists, for which she served as the Chair of the Executive Committee. Rita also shares the significances of being a Fellow of ASHP and the process for becoming a Fellow.
