Our young adult years from about age 18 to 35 years are very important. These years typically are very dynamic and we experience a great deal of change.  Change in living situations, work environments, co-workers, friends, family and more.  At the same time, it is this period when we establish patterns of living and behaviors that can last a lifetime and have major influence over our health in the young adult years and for decades to come.
