Caroline, 55, writer, amateur photographer, financial educator, former legal secretary for a  County District Attorney’s Office.  Writer of @oneworldonepeopleonelove.WordPress.com, and Twitter writer @oneworldonepeo1 and @CarolineMCook1, Instagram writer @carolinecc_66.  Sharing her story of a TBI/PTSD Survivor. Posting writing of  her personal experience with a TBI and PTSD for others with Mental Health issues to gain support.  She also posts on her Twitter accounts those of Survivors of Child Abuse, Incest, Depression, Anxiety, BiPolar, Rape, and others.  She is using her Twitter account to raise awareness and inspiration on all issues that serve the communities. Caroline’s article on WordPress is regarding Human Rights Issues such as racism and equality. The posts on TBI/PTSD usually share the experience of life after the injury in February 2014.   By the end of the year she became part of the 10% that are homeless.  Describing her thought process during that time, and her journey to return to a life with her family as a survivor.  The struggles she faced with the TBI and PTSD is what many suffer when being diagnosed with a Mental Health issue.  The stigma attached to PTSD, Mental Health and Abuse is being addressed online.  She is hoping to raise awareness talking online, joining with survivors, and possibly starting a Podcast of her own to talk about these issues.
