Shruti Mittal graduated from IIT Guwahati in 2020 as an Electronics and Communications Engineer and is currently working at Sprinklr as a Product Analyst. She also started Getting Candid (gettingcandid.com), an interview series where the world’s top leaders where they share their professional journeys, strategies and personal stories to inspire young minds.

Shruti is now working towards building a platform that allows more and more people to actively be a part of that network of leaders. Her achievements don’t stop here, she is also a trained Bharatanatyam dancer and loves to swim in her free time.  My conversation with Shruti takes multiple different tangents.

The conversation starts with Shruti sharing her experiences at IIT and then how she was able to pivot into product at a very early stage in her career. She then shares how Getting Candid came into existence and her plans to grow it further. She also shares about her biggest source of inspiration and her passion for dance and swimming.
