In honor of breast cancer awareness month, we sit down with Sarah to hear about her current journey battling stage four breast cancer. Sarah is under treatment and shares her experience of advocating for herself to receive quality care, what is and isn't helpful from friends and family, and what it's like living with this disease.

She is truly a warrior. Sarah is in the middle of her journey in a fight against breast cancer. Traditionally, people share their stories after it's over or looking back. But, we genuinely value her perspective and want to honor her story.

As always, we have our weekly check-in. The Shaft talks about an awkward wedding encounter, talking to young children about how babies are made, marriage counseling, and crying on airplanes.
